UMR is a third-party administrator (TPA) that was hired to help ensure that your claims are paid correctly so that your health care costs can be kept to a minimum and you can focus on well-being.
UMR is the claims processor for your medical plan, but you may have one of 2 networks: UnitedHealthcare or Rocky Mountain Health Plans. Please refer to your card to see which network your plan uses. This is important because this is the network of doctors you will want to stay within in order to access your in-network level of benefits.
